There is something hide about laptop performance and BIOS. Today, I have tested a laptop that have no modified or upgraded any hardware or software from manufacture. I tried to inspect this laptop with CPU diagnosis software, CPU-Z(you can download from www.cpuid.com) but there is nothing doubtful or suspicious-looking have been showed.

CPU-Z was reported laptop CPU run at proper speed. However, I tried with different program, Rightmark CPU Clock Utility (you can download from www.rightmark.org, after checked I found this laptop’s CPU is not ran at truely proper speed. It showed that ran at throttle speed about half of full CPU speed. I don’t know why this problem can be occurred and decided to update BIOS from manufacture site and restart laptop computer. The unrealized problem has gone! I checked with Rightmark Utility and found it is run at proper state. Thanks god.
