Hi, Per Bonde.

Their is many good nVidia card that compatible with Siemens Amilo M4438G like 8800M, 9500M, 9600M ,9600M, etc. series.

9600M GT is one of the best graphics that support a DirectX 10. It's the successor of 8600M GT. Compared to the previous 8600M GT or 9500M GS, the 9600M GT was produced in 65nm technology(better power saving / high performance) and power consumption is around 23 Watt. It also has Hybrid-Power support to help you save your battery lift time. The performance of the 9600M GT should be somewhere between the 9500M GS and the 8700M GT (depends if GDDR2 or GDDR3 memory chips are used). I have checked it's price on E-bay about $210 USD.
